Perimeter Wall Painting Project
April 24th Update With painters wrapping up the gates throughout the community, Master’s Blvd is nearly complete, with only minor touchups and some monument sign work remaining. Work is already well underway on Goodman Rd, with approximately half completed, and you may notice Central Painting has begun priming in Legends. Next week, the focus will shift fully to Legends, with priming expected to be completed in preparation for painting. We are now more than halfway through

Big Red Bus Blood Drive
Give back and receive a thank-you gift on May 7th The Big Red Bus will be on-site this Thursday, 5/7, for blood donations. Donors will receive a $20 gift card, a sunshade, and a complimentary wellness screening. Please remember to bring a valid ID if you plan to donate. Thank you for supporting this important cause!

Bella Trae 5K Route Map
Saturday, May 23rd @ 8:00AM The Bella Trae 5K Walk to Remember is only 4 weeks away. Enjoy every corner of our beautiful community while getting fit and raising money for a great cause. The entry fee is $15 which includes a Walk to Remember T-shirt. Registration proceeds go to support Fisher House. All are welcome (including guests). 5K Walk to Remember
Saturday, May 23rd @ 8:00AM Help us honor Veterans this Memorial Day weekend by joining our 1st Annual Bella Trae Walk to Remember. All are welcome, whether you want to race or just take a leisurely stroll. Any proceeds from registration will go to Fisher House, an organization that provides free housing for veterans receiving treatment at Orlando VA Medical Center.

Bellissima, Campeon and Billiards Room Closed
April 22nd through April 27th Airwall Pros will be on-site, rehabilitating our movable wall system. As part of this work, they will be using specialized tools, adhesives, and solvents, and have requested that the Bellissima Ballroom, Campeon Room, and Billiards Room remain closed during the project. Perimeter Wall Painting Project
April 17th Update Our painters have begun applying the finish coat to the perimeter wall along the Promenades, and this work is expected to continue into next week. Once that section is complete, the crew will shift to finish priming and painting the Ventura and Mandalay sections along Masters Boulevard, before continuing on to Goodman Road and Legends Boulevard. We appreciate your patience as we move through each area and continue improving the community’s appearance.

Perimeter Wall Painting Project
April 10th Update We have finished patching, now onto painting! Despite the rainy weather, the painters were able to prime most of the exterior of the Promenade wall. Next week, they will complete priming on the interior side before beginning painting later in the week. Once Promenade is complete, work will continue along the opposite wall on Masters Blvd, followed by Bella Citta Blvd, Goodman Rd, and Legends Blvd.

Guest Access Made Easy
Gatehouse and Permanent Guests Tired of requesting a new 2-week pass every time your children drop off the grandkids or your best friend visits? Through the gatehouse app, residents can quickly register guests or vendors for entry. These guest names do expire after two weeks to keep our access logs manageable, as previously some accounts had grown to include dozens of entries. Keeping Our Fitness Center in Great Shape
Do Not Stack Additional Weights on Machines Our excellent fitness center is one of the many things that makes Bella Trae such a fantastic place to live. Please do not place additional weight on top of machines or use equipment in any way other than intended, as this can quickly lead to damage and downtime. Improper use may result in equipment being removed from service, and any resident found misusing machines may be held responsible for repair or replacement costs.

Perimeter Wall Painting
April 3rd Update Noticed our walls looking a bit patchy? That’s part of the process! Our painters completed patching and repairs along Legends and Masters Boulevard last week. They are currently pressure washing the walls on Masters Boulevard and are expected to begin painting there in approximately two weeks. Once Masters is complete, Central Painting will move on to Legends, followed by Goodman.

Spring Landscaping Update
After a tough winter, we’ve been hard at work getting Bella Trae ready for spring! Our landscaping partner, Dora, has been putting in extra man-hours (at no additional cost to the Association) to complete frost damage cutbacks, along with regular maintenance such as mowing and weed control. So far, cutbacks have been completed at the Main Entrance, Promenades Entrance, the Clubhouse, and along Links Blvd. Next up are the Rear Entrance, Mandalay (Phase 4), and the Links &
