With the gate project nearing completion, the Association is now turning its focus to access control and gatehouse operations. After several meetings, the Access Control Subcommittee has identified potential opportunities for cost savings by evaluating our current system, including in-person versus remote gatehouse staffing.
Now that these discussions are underway, we’d like to open the conversation to the community.
We will be hosting an Access Control Town Hall on April 21st at 6:00 PM in the Bellissima Room, where we will present our findings and gather feedback from our neighbors. All owners are welcome and encouraged to attend.
Please note that no decisions will be made at this meeting. The goal is to share information and hear your input as we continue to evaluate options.
