Community-Wide Plantings & Mulch Begin Next Week Our green thumbs will be busy this June! Be on the lookout next week as Dora Landscaping begins replacing many of the plants that were damaged by this winter's frost. These new plantings will add some much-needed color back to Bella Trae and help refresh our community's landscape. May 15th Update The Perimeter Wall Painting Project is nearly complete! Central Painting has finished painting the perimeter walls throughout the community! You may still notice their dumpster onsite as the Association completes a final walkthrough with the painters to identify and address any remaining touchups or punch list items before the project is officially closed out for good. We expect the project to be fully completed and all painting supplies to be removed from the

May 8th Update The painters are officially in the final stretch of the perimeter wall painting project! This week, the painting of the community gates was completed, marking a major milestone in the project. The Big Red Bus will be in the Clubhouse parking lot until 8:00PM for anyone who would like to donate blood. As of May 8th, we have received over 200 valid responses to the Access Control survey. We are accepting one response per household. If two people from the same household gave different responses they are being advised and asked to vote again so the one option they choose counts. April 24th Update With painters wrapping up the gates throughout the community, Master’s Blvd is nearly complete, with only minor touchups and some monument sign work remaining. Work is already well underway on Goodman Rd, with approximately half completed, and you may notice Central Painting has begun priming in Legends. Next week, the focus will shift fully to Legends, with priming expected to be completed in preparation for painting. We are now more than halfway through
