Friday September 25th: Clubhouse & Tennis Parking Lot
Please be advised that on Friday, September 25, the asphalt contractor will be performing work in both the Clubhouse and Tennis Court parking lots. As a result, both parking lots will be closed for the day and are expected to reopen the following day after the contractor completes their final inspection.
Residents visiting the clubhouse on Friday may utilize the available open parking spaces along Links Boulevard in the Ventura community.
Please note that the area from the Main Gate entrance to the crosswalk, as well as the small portion of Riverdale near the clubhouse, will be scheduled for paving at a later date. Additional notice will be provided well in advance to ensure residents have ample time to prepare for any necessary traffic rerouting or access adjustments.
