Links Blvd. Asphalt Project

Starting Monday 21st September @ 7:30AM

Work to rejuvenate the road surface on Links Blvd is scheduled to begin on Monday, September 21 at 7:30AM.

During this time, the Main Entrance/Exit Gate on Master’s Blvd will remain accessible for residents and guests. However, the Links/Legends Back Entrance and Exit Gates will be closed beginning at 7:30 AM on Monday through approximately mid-day Tuesday. Access to Links Blvd from Civita Drive and Gilford Point Lane will also be blocked.

To help maintain traffic flow, the Gilford Point Exit Gate and Veranda Crash Gate will be opened. Directional signs will be placed in your areas to help guide residents and visitors to these entrances. Specific instructions have been provided to Sardinia residents, as access to their area will be impacted for the day. Notifications were sent via email, and notices were also posted on all garage doors and at the mailbox area. Sardinia trash will not be picked up on Tuesday.

In addition, the Clubhouse parking lot and Tennis Court parking lot are scheduled to be resurfaced on Friday, September 25. E-mail blasts will be sent to all residents each day for the rest of the week leading up to Monday.
