Promenade Gate Update

LiftMaster, the gate hardware manufacturer, initially diagnosed an issue with an internal system board on the barrier arm, but after exchanging all the internal components with new the intermittent issues remain. LiftMaster is now telling us the issue is with the control board in the Swing Gate operators and they have authorized STAR Technologies to swap the part under warrantee. While the new board has been ordered, the estimated delivery time is approximately one to two weeks.

Until the new control board is installed we will have to keep the Promenade Swing Gates open but we will keep both Barrier Arms closed and in operation.

We are pushing both vendors daily to deliver the part faster and once the replacement board is received, installation will be scheduled as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience and understanding while we work to complete these repairs.
