Visitor car counts from January 1st to March 31st, 2026
The above dashboard shows visitor car counts between Jan 1 and March 31, 2026. Click to enlarge the image:
Total Guests/Visitors who entered the gates by vehicle: 10,649
Total residents who entered the gates using RFID: 115,007
Total Visitors Denied Access (expired pass): 383
"Gates Unlocked" means the onsite or remote personnel opened the gate for someone without entering their information into the system. Management is working with the vendor to eliminate this practice.
The chart below shows monthly total of visitor car counts each hour. You can see visitor traffic starts to ramp up at around 8AM to approx. 150 cars per hour, with the peak being around 3-7PM, and doesn't reduce below 150 until around 10PM. Hope this helps with the discussion.
