Understanding Our *Updated* Collection Process

Did you know Bella Trae has a formal Collection Policy? Well, it was just updated!

At the April meeting, the Board approved an update to the Association's Collection Policy. The updated policy is available here for your review. The most notable change is that accounts more than 90 days delinquent may now have Association-provided internet and communication services suspended, in addition to the existing suspension of clubhouse privileges and voting rights.
As a reminder, Bella Trae is funded entirely through owner assessments, and those assessments are vital to maintaining the community and the services we all enjoy. Assessments are due on the 1st of each month, are considered late on the 2nd, and become delinquent after the 10th.
Please allow sufficient processing time when making payments, as payments are considered received when they reach the Association's account, not when they are mailed or initiated through your bank. Some payment methods, including online bill pay and autopay services, may take several business days to process, especially around weekends and holidays.
