The Search for a New CAM for BTCA has Begun

Jeff Daniel has decided to leave Bella Trae, and Castle, to explore a new opportunity much closer to his home. His last day will be Friday, June 19th.

Jeff has been with us for nearly a year and, after struggling with the previous two management companies, he has been instrumental in helping to rebuild our trust and confidence. He will be missed and we wish him well for the future.

We understand how important having the right CAM is, and the search for our next one has begun. Castle fully understands our expectations and they are actively interviewing potential candidates. Once they have 3-4 "finalists" the BTCA Board will meet with them and help decide who the successful candidate is.

We do not have an exact timeline, and we are not in any rush. We want to find the RIGHT person for Bella Trae. In the meantime, should it be necessary, Castle has what they call "Bench CAMs" available to bridge any gap between Jeff leaving and the new CAM starting.
