Spring Landscaping Update

After a tough winter, we’ve been hard at work getting Bella Trae ready for spring!

Our landscaping partner, Dora, has been putting in extra man-hours (at no additional cost to the Association) to complete frost damage cutbacks, along with regular maintenance such as mowing and weed control.

So far, cutbacks have been completed at the Main Entrance, Promenades Entrance, the Clubhouse, and along Links Blvd. Next up are the Rear Entrance, Mandalay (Phase 4), and the Links & Legends areas, with work beginning next week.

At the same time, the Clubhouse & Grounds Committee is working closely with Dora to identify and replace any plants that did not recover from the freeze, with a focus on selecting more freeze-tolerant varieties moving forward.
