Perimeter Wall Painting Project

April 17th Update

Our painters have begun applying the finish coat to the perimeter wall along the Promenades, and this work is expected to continue into next week.

Once that section is complete, the crew will shift to finish priming and painting the Ventura and Mandalay sections along Masters Boulevard, before continuing on to Goodman Road and Legends Boulevard. We appreciate your patience as we move through each area and continue improving the community’s appearance.
