Perimeter Wall Painting Project

April 24th Update

With painters wrapping up the gates throughout the community, Master’s Blvd is nearly complete, with only minor touchups and some monument sign work remaining. Work is already well underway on Goodman Rd, with approximately half completed, and you may notice Central Painting has begun priming in Legends.

Next week, the focus will shift fully to Legends, with priming expected to be completed in preparation for painting. We are now more than halfway through the project and anticipate completion of the perimeter walls by mid to late May.

We understand there have been a few reports of gates being left open during the painting process. In some cases, gates may need to remain open temporarily while drying; however, Central Painting has been instructed to ensure all gates are closed before leaving for the day. If you notice a gate open after hours, please contact the clubhouse at 407-396-9820 so we can address it promptly.
