Palm Tree Trimming
Pool Deck Closed June 3rd from 7:00 AM – 1:00 PM Just as a heads up, Dora Landscaping will be performing its annual palm tree trimming throughout the community next week, from Tuesday, June 2nd, through Friday, June 5th. Community-Wide Plantings & Mulch Begin Next Week Our green thumbs will be busy this June! Be on the lookout next week as Dora Landscaping begins replacing many of the plants that were damaged by this winter's frost. These new plantings will add some much-needed color back to Bella Trae and help refresh our community's landscape. Update: Thursday 5/21/2026 BTCA is working with Arthur S. Barksdale IV, Esq. from the law firm of Di Masi Burton, P.A. to understand what options we have. Access Control Survey Results & 2nd Townhall

Perimeter Wall Painting Project
May 15th Update The Perimeter Wall Painting Project is nearly complete! Central Painting has finished painting the perimeter walls throughout the community! You may still notice their dumpster onsite as the Association completes a final walkthrough with the painters to identify and address any remaining touchups or punch list items before the project is officially closed out for good. Perimeter Wall Painting Project
May 8th Update The painters are officially in the final stretch of the perimeter wall painting project! This week, the painting of the community gates was completed, marking a major milestone in the project. Work will continue along Legends Blvd over the next couple of weeks as the remaining walls are completed and final touchups are addressed throughout the community. Big Red Bus - Blood Donation!
Update: 5/8/2026. Bella Trae had 14 doners for the Blood Drive yesterday! Now until 8:00PM! Save a life and donate blood today! The Big Red Bus will be in the Clubhouse parking lot until 8:00PM for anyone who would like to donate blood. Access Control Survey Responses
As of May 8th, we have received over 200 valid responses to the Access Control survey. We are accepting one response per household. If two people from the same household gave different responses they are being advised and asked to vote again so the one option they choose counts.
