BTCA is working with Arthur S. Barksdale IV, Esq. from the law firm of Di Masi Burton, P.A. to understand what options we have. We have shared all relevant information and have scheduled our initial 30 minute call for Friday 5/22.
Osceola County Planning Office informed us that projects CPA 250003 and ZMA 250024 will be going to the Planning Commission on June 4th at 6:00PM and if passed will go to the Board of County Commissioners on June 15th at 5:30PM. Both meetings will be held at the Osceola County Admin Bldg. (4th floor), and both are open to the public.

The next meeting of the Osceola Planning Commission related to this property is on Thursday, June 4th @ 6:00PM. Residents are welcome to attend and allowed 3 minutes to speak at the end of the meeting.
