Access Control Survey Results & 2nd Townhall

The results of the Access Control Survey are in, and we would like to thank every owner who took the time to participate. With 256 households represented, the level of participation was fantastic and provided great feedback!

To continue the discussion, we will be hosting a Second Access Control Town Hall on Tuesday, May 19, at 6:00 PM in the Bellissima Room, before the BTCA Board Meeting. During the Town Hall, we will review the survey results, hear specific feedback and ideas from YOU, the residents, and discuss potential next steps as a community.

As a reminder, this meeting is for discussion purposes only. No decisions will be made at the Town Hall. Following the meeting, the Access Control Subcommittee will review the survey results and resident feedback before making a recommendation to the Clubhouse & Grounds Committee for further discussion.
