Final Reminder - Stop Payments to TRIAD

Three very important things to know...

1. On Monday June 23rd, access to TRIAD's Resident Portal will be blocked for all Bella Trae homeowners to prevent future one-time payments.

2. Any recurring payments, not deleted by the resident, and set to process after this 6/23 date WILL PROCESS, even after the portal access is blocked.

3. After the 6/23 date, homeowners will have to contact TRIAD directly for assistance deleting recurring payments and getting any refunds.
