Gate Project Update: 11/7/2025

• Links/Legends Gate Operational by November 10th

• Main Entrance Gate Operational by November 17th

Work at the Links and Legends gates is taking a bit longer than anticipated due to an issue with the circuit board. Fortunately, a replacement has arrived and is scheduled for install tomorrow, with the gates expected to be fully operational by Monday, November 10.

At the Main Gate, work is progressing steadily. Both gates are currently held open as Star Technology completes the installation of new gate motors and conduit. We kindly ask all residents and visitors to use caution while driving through the area, as traffic patterns may shift and workers remain onsite. The main gate is anticipated to be fully operational by November 17.
