Retention Ponds and Fountains

All eight (8) ponds in the community are maintained on a monthly basis by Southern Aquatic Management

 

The fountains are maintained on a quarterly basis by Fountain Kings

Common Area Landscaping and Irrigation

Dora Landscaping maintains all the landscaping in all the common areas and provides seasonal enhancements to the flower and plant beds.

​

As well as weekly lawn services Dora Landscaping also provides; irrigation maintenance and repair, annual mulching, fertilizing, soil maintenance, tree trimming, and general/storm cleanup as needed.

Entry Gates and Visitor Access Control

  • Star Technology maintains all the Entry Gate infrastructure (operators, barrier arms).

  • Gatehouse Solutions maintains the Access Control systems and software

​​

  • TEM Systems maintains all the Visitor Kiosks and the after-hours, remote monitoring service.

​​

  • ​American Security provides the onsite team that occupy the guard house at the main entrance.

Swimming Pool and Spa

Resort Pool Services maintains the swimming pool and spas year round (6 services per week). Cleaning duties include:​

  • Test pool water on each visit and adjust Chlorine and PH levels if required

  •  Vacuum or net pool on each visit. Brush walls and floor as required

  •  Backwash filters to maintain flow required by the Florida Health Department

  •  Report any faults in pool equipment and, once approved, carry out repairs.

  •  Clean tile as required.
