Veranda Entrance Closure on June 22 & July 7

As some of you may be aware, Ventura will be repaving all of its parking areas and roadways from June 22 through July 15. During this project, Bella Trae residents may notice construction vehicles and occasional noise in the area. Please note that this is a Ventura Association project, managed by Ventura and primarily affecting Ventura residents.
However, residents of Veranda will be affected by changes in traffic patterns on Monday, June 22, and Monday, July 6, as the entrance to Veranda from Links Blvd will be closed.
During these closures, signage will be in place to redirect traffic. Once the roadway is deemed safe for vehicle traffic, likely later the same day, the crash gates will be closed, and normal traffic patterns will resume.
