Plan to Stop TRIAD Payments

DO NOTHING YET but, sometime after your June BTCA dues payment clears your bank account and before June 30th, 2025, logon to the TRIAD Portal and delete any recurring payments you may have set up.

Access to Castle Group's Web Portal, along with instructions on how to set up auto-pay with Castle, will be sent out soon. Couple of things to note that the Board of Directors negotiated as part of the new contract:


  1. You will no longer be charged the $1.99 fee for ACH recurring payments. One-time payments and credit card payments will still be charged a fee

  2. With Castle's Payment System, any future increase in the monthly dues will automatically update the amount of your auto-pay, avoiding any potential late fees.

  3. Any pre-payment of dues that extend after June 30th, either quarterly or annually, will automatically be transferred over to Castle's accounting system
