Patience is a Virtue!

Please don't attempt to drive around the Barrier Arms before the swing gates fully open

While in the process of installing the new Barrier Arm operators we witnessed repeated incidents of drivers not waiting for the barrier arm to open and trying to steer around it while the swing gates are still in motion. Please don't do this.

If the barrier arm is nudged and dislodged, not only do you risk damage to your vehicle and the gate, it WILL NOT OPEN again until it is reset, causing other residents/guests to get stuck.

We will be adding delineators at each entrance/exit to stop this behavior and until these are installed we have placed traffic cones where needed. But please make the choice and choose to wait until the swing gate is fully open and the barrier arm goes up before proceeding. Thanks.
