Outdoor Kitchen Closed: Monday 9/22 thru Thursday 9/25

Palm Tree Removal and Paver Renovation

As you may have noticed, four palms near the pool were struck by lightning a few weeks ago and, unfortunately, must now be removed. At the same time, we realized our outdoor kitchen could use a little extra space for residents.

To tackle both, Weber Environmental Services will be onsite Monday, 9/22 through Thursday, 9/25 to remove the damaged palms and install new pavers, expanding the patio and giving the outdoor kitchen more “breathing room.”

During this work, the outdoor kitchen will be closed, and the grill will be unavailable. If you’re enjoying the pool, please expect some noise between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM. We’re excited to reopen the refreshed outdoor kitchen area on Friday, 9/26, just in time for our hurricane dry run...
