Gate Project Update: 10/24/2025

• Links/Legends Gate Operational by November 3rd

• Main Entrance to be Opened on October 30th

Work at the Links/Legends gates continues, and all conduit has now been laid. It took a bit longer than expected, but next week, Star will be installing the new swing gate operators with the goal of having the gates fully functional by Monday, November 3rd. Until then, please drive carefully, as the gates will remain open and workers will be onsite.

Work at the Main Gate is scheduled to begin on Monday, October 27th, with the gates expected to be opened on Thursday, October 30th. Please exercise caution as traffic patterns will change and workers will be onsite.

For our Promenade neighbors, Star has installed the longer single barrier arm, and will continue to monitor its effectiveness.
