Volunteer for Ballot Counting

The BTCA Annual Meeting is just around the corner on Tuesday, 1/20!

To help ensure the meeting runs smoothly, we are seeking volunteers to serve as ballot counters. Securing volunteers in advance allows us to prepare and avoid any delays during the meeting.

Ballot Counter Qualifications:

• Must be a homeowner in the community

• May not be related to any current board member or board candidate

Currently, we are looking for six ballot counters, with additional volunteers kept as alternates depending on the number of ballots received. The first six eligible volunteers will be selected.
