Volunteer for Ballot Counting The BTCA Annual Meeting is just around the corner on Tuesday, 1/20!   To help ensure the meeting runs smoothly, we are seeking volunteers to serve as ballot counters. Starts on Friday 1/16 Fountain Kings will be on-site Friday, 1/16 to begin replacing the fountains in Ponds 4 and 6. The new fountains are significantly more energy efficient and are expected to pay for themselves within three years.   Thank you to everyone who was affected for your patience while the fountains (and lighting) were temporarily down. We’re excited to see the fountains flowing again very soon!

Please Hold Items Until Tomorrow (Tuesday 1/6) We have had a busy weekend, and our recycling enclosure is currently full. To help keep the area tidy, we have closed the recycling area and kindly ask residents to hold off on placing additional recycling until tomorrow afternoon, 1/6,  when our next scheduled pickup will take place.
