Time to Talk About Everyone’s Favorite Topic… Fees!

Updated Late Fees and Account Fees

We know, fees aren’t exactly as exciting as a new event or clubhouse upgrade, but they’re important to keep our community running smoothly.

Because of our transition to Castle Group, Bella Trae Community Association has waived late fees for July and August to give everyone time to get set up in the new system. If you paid on time for July and August, we’re also waiving late fees for September as a thank-you for staying on top of your account during the changeover.

Starting in October, late fees will once again apply to everyone. Just a reminder: BTCA payments are due on the 1st of each month and are considered late after the 10th. While we can waive certain late fees during transition, bank fees are charged directly to the Association and, unfortunately, cannot be waived.
