Links/Legends Gate Project: Update 10/15/2025

Star Technologies has begun work on the Links/Legends gate. At this time, we expect the gates to remain open until November 3 while the crew installs new conduit and gate arm operators.

Starting tomorrow, October 16, the entrance gate will be blocked off, and all traffic will be redirected through the exit gate. Please drive carefully in and out of the community. Traffic patterns will be adjusted, and crews will be on-site.

Once work on the entrance gate is complete (approximately October 22), the exit gate will be closed, and traffic will temporarily flow through the entrance gate.
