Links Blvd Pressure Washing on 8/25 & Clubhouse Gutter Cleaning on 8/26

We are always busy keeping Bella Trae looking its best. Below are a few maintenance projects you may notice around next week.

On Monday, August 25, subcontractors of Waste Management will be pressure washing and cleaning up an oil spill on Links Blvd beginning at 9:30 AM. While the work is underway, workers will cone off one side of the road, redirecting traffic.

On Tuesday, August 26, Vice Painting will be cleaning the gutters around the clubhouse starting at 9:00 AM. The clubhouse will remain open as usual, but some areas outside will be temporarily coned off to protect residents from overspray as the crew works their way around the building.
