Gate Project Update

New Gate Arms & Cameras Back Online; week of 2/2/2026

Starting Feb 2nd, Star Technology will be on-site to complete the final phase of the gate project. This work includes replacing the existing barrier arm operators with brand-new 'Techna' operators and bringing the security cameras at the gates back online.

As part of this upgrade, all gates, except the main entrance, will transition from two barrier arms to one. This change will reduce ongoing maintenance and repair costs for the HOA while still providing reliable access control. The new barrier arms will match those already installed at Promenade for a consistent look throughout the community.

Installation of each arm is expected to take only a few hours and should be minimally disruptive. We appreciate everyone’s patience as we wrap up this final improvement
