Gate Project Update: 10/31/2025

• Links/Legends Gate Operational by November 3rd

• Main Entrance Gate Operational by November 21st

Work at the Links and Legends gates is nearing completion, with all gate operators scheduled to be installed by the end of today. After a final round of testing on Monday, November 3rd the gate is expected to be fully operational.

At the Main Gate, work is ongoing, and the gate is currently held open. For now, all traffic is being routed through the entrance lane, but please note that beginning next week, traffic will be redirected through the exit lane while work continues. We ask all residents and visitors to use caution as traffic patterns shift and workers are onsite.
