Gate Project Update:

Promenade Entrance on Schedule

The gate project is officially underway, and we’re happy to report that everything is running on schedule! Star Technology is currently working on the entrance side of Promenade and expects to finish installing the new conduits and gate operators by Monday, 9/8, or Tuesday, 9/9. Once complete, they’ll move right on to the exit side.

In the meantime, please remember to drive carefully around the construction area. With residents entering and exiting through the same gate, traffic patterns are temporarily altered, and we want to ensure everyone gets through smoothly.
