Clubhouse Refresh Update

New Carpet Installation & Lobby Layout Unchanged

We have experienced a slight delay with the new entry rug; installation is now expected on Tuesday, so please be on the lookout for that update.

In the meantime, after thoughtful consideration and input from the community, the Association has decided to maintain the lobby in its current configuration. We appreciate the engagement and care residents continue to show for our shared spaces and for the Bella Trae community as a whole.
