A Message from the BTCA Board

Bella Trae Residents,

Due to certain issues we could not resolve, the BTCA Board and TRIAD Association Management have decided to part ways effective June 30th, 2025. The search for a new Management Company has begun. 

Please continue to work with management for all things related to BTCA during this transition. TRIAD is committed to a smooth transition and that includes providing an opportunity for both desk and custodial staff to continue working at Bella Trae. 

Please do not approach the staff, this is a lot for them to absorb and working with us is their livelihood.  We appreciate your care and concern as we transition.
